Prices are valid for events Monday to Saturday; Sunday & Public Holidays may attract a surcharge.
Special conditions available for corporate clients
Hourly rate is available for no fixed participants events, e.g. promotions, fundraisers, corporate events

(make & take home) for 1 carer/parent/teacher (if you have less participants some can have a second go!)
Approximately 1 to 1½ hours on site
(plus setting up & clean up)

If you are planning a large event with no fixed number of participants, such as promotions, fundraisers and corporate events, we will gladly quote you on your special needs.

WEDDING PACKAGES
- handmade personalised candles….. double up as table decoration, instead of place cards and as a gift for your guests
- select the style, colour and level of decoration to match your theme
- labelled individually with the wedding couple’s or guest’s name

Booking Conditions
- A part payment of $110 is needed to confirm your booking. This payment is not refundable but can be used towards another booking if event is cancelled by customer at least 14 days prior to event.
- Balance of payment due at completion of event or by invoice for corporate clients.
- Final numbers needed 3 days prior to event. This will be the minimum billed number of participants plus any additional participants on the day.
Site Requirements – We Will Need
- Sealed & flat access to the site; parking or loading bay to unload/load our equipment; on-site parking space to leave our vehicle; sealed & flat (no stairs or steps) access to venue.
- Sealed, flat and level surface under cover or indoors (in case of bad weather) to set up equipment. Space required to set-up varies, for details go to OUR WORKSHOPS
- For Wax-Art Workshops we need access to an outdoor or well-ventilated area to use a gas appliance before the event.
- A standard 10A GPO power outlet within 20m of the set-up area (if not available a generator can be provided at extra cost).
