Where do you service?

We currently service the greater South-East Queensland area, Rockhampton Area, and Sydney. Give us a call if you’re unsure of your location eligibility.

Our workshops are available all week. Please note that Sunday and Public Holidays may attract a surcharge due to higher staffing costs, which will be confirmed during the booking process.

Carved Candles: $22 per participant. All other activities: $20 per participant. Set/Clean up: $75. Travel: 90cents/km from our local warehouse in your area. Groups of 25 minimum.

During peak times (e.g., school holidays) for events under 60 participants, we typically offer morning (8-9 am setup) and afternoon (1-2 pm setup) sessions. For larger events and less busy periods, we arrange timing to suit your specific needs. We generally arrive up to one hour before the scheduled start, and clean-up takes approximately 15 minutes after the last participant finishes.

We require sealed, level access for our vehicle to the loading/parking area (please ensure no locked gates). We also need sealed, level access to the setting-up area with no stairs or steps, as our trolleys cannot be lifted over obstacles. Our new equipment rolls directly off the van, requiring an easily accessible parking bay or loading dock. If using our original trailer equipment, more space for unloading, parking, and turning is needed.

Yes, our new equipment is electronically controlled and requires a standard 10A GPO power outlet within 20m of the set-up area. If a power outlet is not available, a generator can be provided at an extra cost, which will be confirmed during the booking process.
